Well if you're going to be near Asheville NC you could try Mama Gertie's. It's one of the most scenic sites we've stayed at. The "mountain top" sites are breath taking, if you wants views that's what you get. Not sure if there's a pool there, we were there a couple of weeks ago and it was still too "cool" for pools anyway.
