What do you mean by 'several'??
I don't understand a park that has a 'rule' then makes exceptions :H
If they have a rule it should be enforced otherwise don't have the rule.
WE traveled with a 68# dog and ran across many RV CGs/Parks that had not only a 2 dog rule but a 40# max rule.
So we went elsewhere.........LOTS of CGs out there
State and National CGs have NO dog restrictions so you can use them for your 'several' dogs
