You need to understand the limitations of your dogs and work within thoose limitations to reduce their impact on other campers. Follow the rules of the campground and if your dogs can't do so (such as barking while you're gone), then you have to change your behavior (don't leave them alone or find another campground where the barking is acceptable - or boondock).
I say that as a fellow dog owner with a less than perfect dog. I make sure my dogs have as little impact on my fellow campers as possible - and yes, that does limit my choices and opportunities.
And yes, please ask the parks if they will make an exception. Do not try to sneak them in. Do not get mad at the park if it won't make an exception, just try another place. The more pleasant we dog owners are to deal with, the more likely parks will let us in. And if a neighbor complains, don't go on the defensive. Be reasonable, be pleasant, and be willing to adjust your behavior to make it work. That will do more good than arguing that your dogs are perfect.
