That spot where we were camped at Jalama was one of the premium spots right along the beach. Just eyeballing them, I'd say that about 35' would be the comfortable limit of some of the premium spots - the rest of them probably less than that length. A Class A of about that length was in the next spot over from us when we were there.
Up on the hill above the beach with spectacular views of the whole beach and on down at the level of the beach - but away from the beach - are large spots that could take about any size.
Most of them are drycamp sites, but some up on the hill are full hookup. There are a few first-come-first-served sites in the park still, but as of a few months ago most of the sites are reservation sites now. We did not make reservations - but just lucked out by arriving on a Sunday evening.
The campground is occasionally evacuated during ICBM test launches from Vandenberg AFB.
Of course the MAIN reason to camp at Jalama are the famous Jalama Burgers served at the old gift shop restaurant!
