I screded up big time...I made a trip back from VA. a couple of weeks ago and unloaded my tc in the yard where my A is parked. Well here in Ar. it has rained everyday for what seems like for ever and I can't get to it to go trout fishing up on the White River..It's raining as I type this post..I may not get it out for a couple of weeks at this rate! Won't happen again though you can bet on that!!Sorry, I saw your "dry camp" post and it pissed me off even more for being so stupid.

Most recent dry camp was in north end of Death Valley at Mesquite Springs:"Dry" as in no hookups -- but "wet" as in rain and snow -- in Death Valley!

Mike, I am amazed that you have not been to Death Valley -- it is just a long day's drive from where you are, right? The winter months are great, just when the high country of Arizona are too snowy for camping!

Wow...that looks like a sweet spot! And it's a county park too!
Do you happen to know if big rigs would fit in there?

Our spot on Magnolia Beach, Texas recently. Fishing was lousy but we didn't care. Hardly anyone out there when we were there.

Here we are drycamping last month at Jalama Beach in CA. We could just walk right out into the sand and water from our rig. Those are kitesurfing kites in the sky above our motorhome and the sand pile:

I'll add our latest. Antelope Island State Park, UT. Amazing place in the middle of Great Salt Lake. Only problem are the gnats!!

But the views....to die for. Sites are HUGE and only $10/night.
