We've spent relatively little time in South Fork itself. I always view it as a place to restock on our way to somewhere else. Of course one can explore Creede and the Wolf Creek area from here. One area I would like to explore is the South San Juan area down through Summitville and Platero Reservoir. Seems like one of the last wild place in CO. The last grizzly bear seen in CO was in this area. If you go, let us know what you find and where to go.
