Define 'warm'
70s, 60s, 50s.
How high in the day? how low at night?
If I can wear a light sweater and not a heavy coat in the afternoon, I'm happy. I'm not looking for shorts and shirt sleeves in Texas, Arizona, California during Jan or Feb all the time. A few days, sure - there will be some. Most days not.
