I am too lazy to do the analysis, but the old-timers swear the weather in the RGV was better 20-30 years ago. It makes sense that if the historical average is a high of seventy degree and it was forty five this year, there had to be some pretty nice days in the past. On second thought, wasn't "everything" better 20-30 years ago?
