- John_JoeyExplorerHonestly my real concern is the future, not any single snowbird season. The old timers will swear up and down that they would only get four days of cold weather in the Valley. In the last four winters I would say three were cold and/or wet yet the old timers will still stick with the old "this winter is the worst I've ever seen."
I always recommend finding a location first prior to finding a park. Once you settle into a park it's hard to move. We felt we found our location, and now have good neighbors, and friends in the park making moving on hard. So I'm really hoping this weather is not the new normal for the Valley.
If this is really what the winters will now be like in the Valley, well... - TomG2ExplorerI hope that you are right, but the calendar says ten more days until Spring. Judging from the last sixty, it may be correct.

I officially declare today the last day of Winter in the RGV.
X2!!!
Let's hope the 90's don't show up too fast. Single 13K AC on the 5'ver is a little weak to begin with. - pawattExplorerI officially declare today the last day of Winter in the RGV.
- TomG2ExplorerThe butterflies better be wearing jackets and carrying umbrellas in the RGV, although it did almost get out of the fifties today. "Tomorrow will be great". Wait a minute, that's what they said about today yesterday.

Five days of cold followed by five days with rain. Beginning to see a pattern here. Can't wait for the weekend. Must be Spring Break time.

I think I just saw a bird wearing a scuba tank fly by. :B
Yup, and the butterflies have flippers and swim goggles. - Cloud_DancerExplorer IIPerhaps the main reason I say there's no place like home is because I have a house on wheels. Winters are best spent wherever I can go out on the water (fishing) without shivering (dressed in one layer of clothes).
