We are planning a trip to the southwest beginning about the last week of February. We hope to see Death Valley, Joshua Tree, Saguaro, Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe Mountains, and Big Ben National Parks...

Hope you are taking enough time to see all there is to do and see even in the things you mentioned. We live in the southwest and have been to most of the places you listed and never gave many of them sufficient time. For example we went back to big bend national park the second time and spent a week just "seeing" it.
