Southwest US trip ideas
Trying to pull together ideas for a trip from southern Indiana across the southwest and back. Hitting some National Parks, Grand Canyon and reasonable sites in a realistic itinerary for a 2 week trip....

Certainly the most commercialized view in the country. We just went thru it for the first time this summer. Navaho sales stops every half mile along with hundreds of people doing the same trip. A traffic jam on the two track.
We also did the free Valley of the Gods drive just to the north of Monument Valley in Utah. Combine that with the Goosenecks State Park which is close by to the west and you will get a great drive along with solitude.
