St. Andrews State Park, Florida Questions?

Most of the issues stem from longtime neglect of the road system. The electric was upgraded a few years ago and the water is fine as is the dump station. Flooding is a rare event usually associated with tropical weather or torrential summer rain. I have never had any concerns with security. It's a great location and one of the busiest parks in the system that the park manager has allowed to be neglected. His lame replies to my concerns made it obvious he is the issue at this park. Other parks with less visitors get more money each year to make repairs and improvements while his parks CG road system decays.
