We went to topsail 3 yrs ago and then again this year. Appeared to be the same to us except the road we were on this year had some damage and rutting going on.
We were at St Andrews about 12 years ago. It was ok then I guess. We were in a pop up and our site was right at the water on the bay. We used the bath house and don't remember anything bad or great about it. I do remember that we didn't get the site we reserved though because someone was still on it and the park didn't even know it. Even though you are in the park and don't realize it, you are really close to the action there in PCB.
We like topsail for its appearance and ammenities. But we love the location of Grayton Beach SP even better. If you could over lap topsail onto Grayton, the. It would be awesome.
