St. George UT
Would like advice on the best campground to stay at in St. George and what to expect for weather in February/March. Also, would Cedar City be a better choice since it is not as large.

In July? Maybe. But hardly in the February/March timeframe requested by the original poster. And that's coming from a Utah resident.
