My vote would be TopSail Hill. We just got back from there 3 weeks ago and very nice area to ride bikes and hike. Also nice size pool. Beach is beautiful and a nice bike ride or the shuttle. Very clean park and nice little playground for the kids. We drove thru Grayton Park cause its not that far from Topsail,but we were not impressed with the campground. Just seemed like lots of overgrowth and sites didn't look that big. JMO
