You may have a legitimate gripe against this place but you sure don't present it well. Typing a lot of negative adjectives and descriptions without any specific details doesn't make it a credible complaint.
First time poster he probably was an employee and just got fired for customer service issues
I NEVER trust a comment from a first time poster; especially when its negative and especially when no specifics are included! Bet we never hear from this poster again.
So that is like a OHW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (one hit wonder)
Totally agree with your comment.

My wife and I stayed there for the first time last year (2013) for the first time.. Our check in was not smooth, for the site that we reserved was occupied by a person to whom the manager referred to as a (in polite terms) not so nice person whom did not care whether or not someone else was going to be arriving to occupy the site.. Any way we ended up being moved to another site in which someone else was in it and set up (they just got mixed up on the site number).. So we had to go back up to the office to let them know this, but instead of moving us down one site where they were suppose to be, they made him move which required him to tear down and re hook just to move down one site.. Other than that we had a great time there with a beautiful view meeting some nice people on each side of us including the folks they made move down one site and would go back there again..
Definitely you and the OP should review this park at Tripadvisor.com TripAdvisor is popular with RVers researching cgs. - wbwoodExplorerThere may be a reason they didn't want to put you in the spot one site down. It could of been due to future reservations for the specific sites and you or the other persons current reservations and length of stay may affect it. Thus y'all having to move anyway.
- plowbuggyExplorerYou are right wbwood about the "due to future reservation".. I should have mentioned it in my post that was the reason why they could not switch us.. magnusfide.. Question.. Are you suggesting that since we had a great stay there that I should go to TripAdvisor and give them a review of our stay?? I have never done that, but is a good idea to let other fellow Rvers know how our visit was.. Thanks for the suggestion..

Post your comments on RvParkReviews.com where many RVers go to find info on RV campgrounds. It would be helpful for others to understand your obvious dissatisfaction as this particular park has above average ratings according to last dozen or so reviews.

Mike - noe-placeExplorerWe frequently stay at Emerald Beach Resort which is just down the street from the above mentioned park. While we haven't had the pleasure of staying at the park in question we've driven through and looked it over. It appears to be a really, really nice place and I wouldn't mind staying there. What a great location for an RV resort!!
- plowbuggyExplorerWe have also stayed at Emerald Beach RV Resort also.. Another fantastic campground to stay at in Navarre..

Dunno about t'other fella, but O.P. apkperry3 posted a (similar)review at Trip Advisor a few days before joining/posting here.
It was responded to by resort management- I'll post both here since it's an illuminating exchange per what really went wrong over the O.P.'s six month stay there.

As one of the nice camper said to me he has never seen a more hateful group of people. road noise all day and night. Wifi does not work at all, and half the time tv cable is the same. The maintenance man run a fix it when he need to be at work and from what i hear he does it even do that right and charges to much. so he can kick back to the manager.
Room Tip: don't stay here if you want to have a good night sleep, and no heart burn.

We hate you feel you had a bad experience at the park for your 6 month stay. The park is located on Hwy 98 but is also located on the St. Rosa Sound, I guess we get some bad with good, not all guest have a problem with the road noise, sorry you did.
I would like to say that I'm not sure how you got the impression we had RV Repairmen in the park, we don't. We do have repairmen that advertise in our site map that guest call in themselves. We all have different ideas of what we like, I just had a guest check out that stopped by the office and told me the park was so beautiful and everyone was so kind to her. We are happy when guest have a good time, this is our goal. Jinks - fla-gypsyExplorerThanks Francesca, it would appear that something happened to upset him and he lashed out the only way he knew. Obviously the park does not employ repair people and could hardly be expected to control the flow of traffic on US 98.
- gjcummingsExplorerWe have stayed there and found all those working there very polite and helpful. Really liked the place and location and have recommended it. Only issue I had was only 2 bathrooms for each sex.
