We stayed there in Oct. 2013 in a water site too.. Awesome view, especially at night when the condos are lite up.. We enjoy going to Navarre for our family vacation.. I agree with the recommendations of the other replies.. You are 25 to 30 minutes to Destin or Pensacola can't beat that.. You will certainly enjoy your stay..
