If I had an RV Resort where it was so slow this time of year that I needed to charge a cancellation fee, I would look for reasons why folks aren't coming to my resort.
The resorts we go to have cancellation fees and time limits but they are so busy (usually have a waiting list) or are so customer oriented, they don't charge the fees if they can get another RV in the spot. These are parks which consistently get high rankings in the reviews from other RV'ers.
