You'll have to understand we are normally suspicious of first time posters that come here with a complaint.
I have no problem with any business that publishes its policy and then honors that policy.
Did the policy change between the time you made the reservation and the time you canceled? If so, you have a valid complaint. If not, you have no reason to complain, your reservation was a contract and the terms were agreed upon by both parties. If you didn't bother to check on the terms, that is on you, not them.
