Most Florida state park campgrounds have at least water and electric on the sites, with a few having sewer as well. The National Forest Service Salt Springs Recreation Area campground in Florida has full hookups and WiFi, and the National Forest Service Lake Powhatan Recreation Area campground in North Carolina also has some full hookup sites. In upstate NY, we've been in state park sites with electric only, and others with full hookups. Researching what's available before reserving a site pays off in preventing surprises on arrival.
