When and if the hookups come, you can probably forget about the amenities above.
At a PA state park they upgraded 10 sites along a loop road to FHU a couple of years ago. People used to book those previously undeveloped sites for astronomy as its in a dark sky area and they backed up against a huge open field. Along came the FHU's and you may as well go stay at a trailer park. Noisy, crowded, and as much light pollution as in a Walmart parking lot. They attract an entirely different demographic.
