Most AZ state parks have electric/water but no sewer. Nearly all of them have an onsite dump station.
Most AZ forest service campgrounds have no hookups. Some have onsite water to fill jugs and a few have nearby dump stations.
What I have found in AZ is that most of the forest service campgrounds don't really cater to big rigs. Remote dirt roads to get to them and tight tree's limiting access for larger RV's. We took our tent trailers and later a 22' TT to these but would not take our 5'er.
