I think you will find that lots of state, county & city parks are left out of most manufacturer's GPS points of interest. Without adding you own POIs from places like the Discovery Owners or the POI Factory, you are going to miss many campgrounds, both non-commercial & private.
If you have a phone that can use apps, AllStays Camp & RV is a great app that shows campgrounds on a map in your (or your choice of) location. It has filters so you can choose the type of campground you are looking for.
