- FizzExplorerI would guess Victoria BC and SW Ontario but I still wouldn't want to spend winter in an RV.
- donn0128Explorer IIVancouver. Anyplace east of there can get bitterly cold. Heck, even Vancouver gets snow at times. And ita on the water.
- JimExplorerVancouver...but the rain is relentless. And as mentioned, it can snow quite a bit.
- kerrlakeRooExplorerVancouver is the warmest.
- FULLTIMEWANABEExplorerHottest spot in BC.
- ppineExplorer IIVancouver Island.
- Artum_SnowbirdExplorerI live in Campbell River on Vancouver Island and there are lots of people full timing in RV's here. But if you want the very best weather, choose Parksville or Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island.
It is marginally warmer and considerably less precipitation there than south of Nanaimo. - whatimmadoboutmExplorerAnother vote for Parksville. Nanoose Bay can be a bit milder still, but I don't think there's much in the way of RV parks there.

- GeeWillakersExplorerVictoria to Courtenay. Not much different in temp or rain up east side of island. Mountains from west join east at Campbell River leading to more rain. Osoyoos is hotter in summer but colder in winter. Vancouver rains more.
