Yes at the National Seashore south of Corpus Christi. The beach is considered a Texas road and the first 5 miles (south) are almost always in good enough shape to drive any type of vehicle. Just pick your spot and set up your RV. You'll have company as there will be others doing the same thing. Make sure you bring your fishing gear so you can do some beach fishing too.
