Survey -How many unhappy with where they stayed this year?
Please don't use weather, too cold or hot. Poor service. Management change. Price increase Will you come back? Already look for new place.

You probably shouldn't listen to me - I was quite happy with the LTVA in Quartzsite, AZ & Imperial Dam, CA. Of course I'm comparing them to February in Oswego, NY (150" - 200" of snow per winter).
