T-Mobile Borderless Cell Plan - is this too good to be true?

Again from the fine print:
" Not for extended international use; you must reside in the U.S. and primary usage must occur on our U.S. network. Device must register on our U.S. network before international use. Service may be terminated or restricted for excessive roaming or misuse." :(

Also:
" U.S. roaming and on-network data allotments differ; 1 GB full-speed plan includes 10 MB roaming; 3 GB and Unlimited 4G LTE on your smartphone full-speed plans include 50 MB roaming; 5 GB full-speed plan includes 100 MB roaming."
