And, I think driving 1000 miles south of TJ is orders of magnitude tougher on the chassis than the smooth dirt road to Goosenecks SP.
Sal,
How so ... due to extreme washboard? ... due to rock crawling? ... due to sharp rocks? ... due to steep side-slip angles ... due to washouts? ... due to deep ruts? ... due to logs across the road ... due to etc.?
That trip of ours into the Oregon Outback took around 2.5 hours to go 25 miles at only 7-10 MPH due to extreme washboarding that would have loosened evey screw going much faster. It just took patience to do it the right way in our Class C, but we made it in and out in good shape. :)
