We follow another vehicle offroad in desert dust whenever we travel with (behind) our traveling friends in their 24 foot Class C. We close up the RV, turn the A/C to internal flow, and set up positive air pressure inside so no dust can enter.
We also traveled in some dust on the Monument Valley floor road when those tourist jitneys would pass us going much faster. Nice to be out there with a restroom, refrigerator, and air conditioning when traveling and stopping at the native vendor stands to buy jewelry:
