Not much space in Telluride - 15 years ago an old trailer sold for a Million Dollars because it had a 50 year land lease On a 5,000 sq ft lot - Dirt is not Cheap, and very little is Flat.
The drive from Ouray everyday will be spectacular - Slide on down to Trout lake and the Gravel roads back into the mountains - then over to Lizard Head and the National Forest - just a great place to be no matter where you stay. Love the San Juan's and the Surrounds.
