Nothing below 55 or you risk severe condensation and coming home to a moldy, mildewy house. This happened to my FILs winter home in South Carolina. The significant other thought it would be a good cost saving measure to put the thermostat on 45 while they cruised for several months. All the walls and furniture were covered in mold. Had to throw out the furniture then demold and repaint all the walls.
