The snowbird crowd is ageing
Seems to me in Texas the snowbird crowd is ageing, most are over 70 and many over 80. Every year more are too sick or old to make the trip and many have passed on. There are very few younger snowbirds...

Man - just not happening in our Park/Resort in Arizona. I have just finished writing the 35 year historyof our Park after interviewing many "old timers" here. But the Park, every year, is filled up with younger appearing Rvers - maybe because we are getting older?. Also our sales department reports weekly that sales of park models is booming! Many 'younger" couples and many Canadians are buying!
perhaps the trend Florida and Texas folks are reporting just does not hold true for our area.
