This is so true and such good advice. And yet there are so many people that are running RV Parks that project (knowingly or not) a disgruntled "you've interrupted me" attitude toward customers.
There are even some on this site who run RV parks who make me wonder how they treat customers when they don't have sense enough to be more circumspect in how they respond to some posts.
Having owned and operated a Hotel in a resort area of SE Asia with an international clientele I can tell you with certainty that you will have serious customer service challenges from time to time...but your goal every day is TO MAKE FRIENDS not enemies, yet that simple dictum seems to escape so many.
