You guys like to bash WRVPO however is insight is often spot on.
I don't dispute that having a friendly person at the check in is beneficial, however is it more important than have a clean well run CG. The check in desk is but one piece of the puzzle.
A bubbly desk clerk will not make up for dirty bathrooms,poor electric, bad water pressure or a host of other issues.
