On the other side of the coin WRVPO, if you have: Good Cable TV connection, clean bathrooms and showers, steady voltage on an level site, full of lush grass, BUT surly , unhelpful staff, I will not be back.
I have a park that is just like that. Absolutely great park, but terrible staff. We don't camp there.
