I have to second this motion. I spent 12 years in a retail sales setting. 95% of our customers were great - then there was that 5% that wanted everything for free.
I see this often in postings on this Forum and on rvparkreviews.com - a review bashing a CG for inane or nit-picky things. Ultimately, however, business goes where it is welcomed and stays where it is well-cared for.
