It's far too easy to bash customers from an anonymous perch: your bashing contributes to suspicious and adversarial attitudes. The fact that this thread started on an upbeat note about the value of customer service should be respected and continued rather than bashing your customers anonymously and nonspecifically. Bashing is never productive and nasty commentaries contribute to everyone's perception of you.
