If this person managed a different CG than your Home Base that you otherwise enjoy, would she stop you from going there?
While we are there we don't really interact with her. It does bother us to see how she treats other customers though.
An elderly couple came in for a month stay last summer. They were across from us, very nice couple in the area to visit family. They asked the CG manager if she could get some tree limbs trimmed from over their TT. They told her they didn't want to get ants in their trailer plus the branches were blocking their TV antenna. She told them that they "should be there to camp and not watch TV". During the whole month the CG never did trim those branches! After the couple left the next month the manager had maintenance trim the branches.
