things to do Vegas in June/July

DH and I are attending a convention late June and have a full, empty day before flying home on Red Eye. We're retired, not 'outdoorsy' and looking for a way to fill the day w/o losing our shirts in a casino. NOt into 'daredevil', but wouldn't mind a fun tour, interesting side trip or show that would let us get to airport by 9PM. Any suggestions welcome and appreciated.

    Nah I wont bother him with internet or cord cutting, but I could take him to Crazy Horse III gentlemen's club and get him drunk and something on the side, he can leave his wife at a slot machine at the casino, she wont know..
