thousand Islands or lake George ny
Looking to go to one of these areas in a couple weeks. Looking for input. Maybe some kayaking. Not into fishing. Wondering which is better. Thanks

- Grass point State park near Alexandria Bay is a small, clean park that is nice for what you do. The river moves swiftly , of course, but there is some nice still water around it for kayaking, tiny beach area and sweet boat launch. Also consider Krieg point, as it's on goose bay in the 1000 islands.
Beautiful. If you have a chance, go to Boldt castle , on Uncle Sams tour boat. - What type of water are you looking for?
