We have a friend who, because of his work schedule, belongs to TT. We went with them to several TT CG's last year.
We normally use state CGs so that is what we compare them to. The TT "resorts" are for the most part, run down and poor looking. The spaces are always very close together and are often muddy or soft grass if it was been raining recently.
It's clear they make just enough profit to get by.
They're not slums by any long shot but not as nice as other true resorts or state CG's. I would say they are adequate.
