I, thanks to my late husband, had TT for years. We were charter members. TT originally vowed it would NEVER be used by "outsiders".....people who are not members. Then $$$ started to affect them. They started going downhill. The original TT may not have had "outsiders", but the new owners see no problem with that. I understand why, but I wasn't happy. Especially, after driving for 3 hrs to a campground to NOT be able to use the tenting area (way back when) because the Good Sam club was there taking up one whole wing......and that's the only wing the tenters were allowed. Years later, new husband, started traveling in an RV. Traveled quite a ways, using TT. Found it just was not to our liking. Most were MILES from what we wanted to SEE. DH wasn't happy, so we sold it. To say it's not hard to get rid of....I disagree. It was on CL for about a month. :) Sold it for about $100 less than asking.....the secret is to NOT ask for your full purchase price. :) :)
