- summergames84ExplorerWe stayed there in July for an overnight stay. It’s very convenient to I-40 but far enough to be very quiet. Our site was long and level with great views of the river. There’s plenty of open, mowed area if you have a dog to walk. . Watching the river is very interesting. Really, nothing negative to say. Don’t worry when driving in through the industrial area. The park is secluded and guarded.
- Ed_CExplorerWe love Tom Sawyer! Last month we stayed there 4 days without disconnecting the Jeep. We just relaxed and watched the tugs and barges go by.
- K_CharlesExplorerOn the river and very quiet, we like to watch the barges. We haven't been there in a few years but we will go again soon.
- LwiddisExplorer III hear good reports. “The endless river traffic of the Mississippi is the main attraction at Tom Sawyer’s.” Sounds fabulous.
