Tracphone
After 3 no problem years today I was unable to update Tracphone service days from Canada. No explanation, no apology. Guess I'm going to loose the 500+ minutes on my phone. Not a happy camper.

The answer to your question (and not from the Philipines! Is yes, we turn on our phone once we get across th bridge in Detroit and it works fine. We have an Arizona number. It may even work in windsor.
