Travel Insurance for Canadians
I'm figuring on being in the U.S. for a few months this winter. Can any of you Canandians give me a good lead on where and what to buy.

Almot: Thank you for that info. Kanetix is a great site. But that blog ( like most) is useless. Especially for Snowbirds. Not many of us are travelling for 2 weeks! It would be nice to see a site that compared plans for more than just cost. Claim experience is probably more important than cost. Manulife could sell you a policy for $1.00 but if your claim is denied for no apparent reason the insurance is not even worth that $1.00. But that type of comparison is hard to put together. Too many variables. Age and health condition make a huge difference in price. Some policies will not cover those over 60 or 65. World Nomads does not cover those over 60.
