Traveling from Cincinnati to Disney World. Where to stop?

Traveling here the second week of October, from Cincinnati to Disney World. Not bringing the travel trailer, but still looking for advice on a stopping point area, or "must sees" along the way. Thinki...

I have to second Chattanooga. I took my granddaughters to the Aquarium when they were 4 and 6 and they had a great time. Do the Imax also.
