I usually have my Honda 2000i generator along with an air compressor. If I had a flat or just low air and no electricity I can fill the tire(s) until I get a tire shop. Another use, one I thought of after reading a thread on this site, would be if your tow vehicle were to need service and you didn't have electricity available you can be assured a good battery with the generator. And there's always the possibility of helping out a fellow traveler if necessary.
