Treasure Beach RV park in Selbyville DE

We went to visit friends that were camping there while we were camping at another campground close by last year. I have to say it was one of the worst places I have ever been to. The sites were extremely small, bathouses were dirty. Most of the place was mostly seasonal sites with just a few transient sites here and there. The whole place was absolutely gross in my opinion. FYI-Our friends hated it there too.

I have only seen negative reviews so just wanted to confirm.

It mostly a seasonal place, but it seems to be upgraded to a daily campground. There aren't many site for daily/nightly camping.
Wasn't overly impressed with the campground.
