We're debating of doing a more northwest loop including Rushmore, Badlands, Tetons, Yellowstone and maybe as far as Glacier. Or, a northeastern loop, NYC, coast up through Maine, maybe Nova Scotia? No doubt from me that I would go northwest...my wife wants the other loop.

Another idea. I know this is an RV site, so I might be banned, but how about flying to Boston and making a small loop up there for this year since vacation time is short and you did just go west this year. Then next year make the big NW loop.
