Trip Report: The Perfect Family Trip!

I hope everyone is doing well. Thank you to the last few comments.
This thread has been inactive for a while, but I have good reason to bring it back! As you may remember from the beginning, I'm a school teacher and have summers off. However, my wife had to ask special permission for this trip to happen. Well, she talked to the owner of the company and has gotten their blessings to take EVERY summer off!
I can't explain the excitement we have over this. The afternoon that she told me, felt larger than any raise or other accolade we've ever gotten. The trip of a lifetime will be happening many, many times!
In other news, you can see in my signature that we have gone larger with our travel trailer. Sold our trusty Aspen Trail and now have a trailer that includes most features of our wish list.
This summer, we will not be doing the Northwest loop. My parents surprised us at Christmas with a trip to Hawaii this summer! We are going to use 3 weeks of summer to also travel the South Carolina Coast, but that is a local trip.
It looks like "The Perfect Family Trip" will be a periodic. I will include a link here soon when I start a planning thread for "Yellowstone 2016"! Look for it!
